What am I allowed to book
Verbit offers you many different services.
What you get depends on the contract you signed.
To know what you are allowed to book you should contact support.
This can depend on what services you are paying for.
For example - translation, special languages, working with Encoders, getting Captivate service vs getting Captivate basic or Human, notice time we expect before accepting the order. All of these are possible things that you may not be able to book depending on your contract with us. We would love to add them to your contract with no extra charge! Contact support to learn more!
