Get an API Token

The OAPI Key is dynamically generated for OAuth2.0 authentication to generate the bearer token for the Verbit's Live Event Captioning and Transcription services.

In order to access the API key users will need to be assigned the Admin role.

1. Open the Verbit platform and select the dropdown under the user account email. Select the option "My account".

   

   

2. Click the "Generate Key" button.

   

3. The user will be prompted to copy the Ordering API key, which should be stored in a secure place. This key can now be used in the authentication API call to retrieve the bearer token.
